2. Information on this website

Product categories, crop suggestions and seasonal notes are general guidance. They do not replace the instructions on the product label or advice from your local agricultural officer.

3. Prices and availability

Prices and stock change with season and manufacturer supply. Please confirm by phone or at the shop before visiting. Final price is the one on your tax invoice.

4. Safe use of agri-inputs

• Read and follow the label for dose, timing, crops and safety period.
• Wear protective clothing when handling or spraying pesticides.
• Keep all chemicals away from children, animals and food.
• We are not liable for loss from use that departs from label instructions.

5. Returns and replacement

Seeds, fertilizers and pesticides are sold sealed. Opened, used or stored-improperly packs cannot be returned. If a pack is damaged or expired at the time of purchase, bring it with the bill and we will replace it or take it up with the manufacturer.

6. Quality and manufacturer warranty

Products are supplied as packed by the manufacturer. Crop results depend on soil, weather, water and farm practice, so we cannot guarantee yield.

7. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the shop at the time of sale. A GST invoice is issued for every sale.

8. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the courts having jurisdiction at Banaskantha, Gujarat.
